GiVing four Weeks to file affidavit, the Bench posted the matter for November 28 . when it Will decide Whether to pass any injunction order as demanded by the petitioners. This was the first time the Bench took up the WhatsApp case after the recent ninejudge Constitution Bench verdict that declared right to privacy a fundamental right.
